The Southeastern San Diego Community Planning Group is a volunteer-elected board that represents the residents of communities located in the Southeastern San Diego Community Planning Group (SESD CPG) boundaries, which are south of the Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway (state Route 94), west of Interstate 805, east of Interstate 5, and shares a border with National City. Communities include Grant Hill, Logan Heights, Memorial, Mount Hope, Mountain View, Sherman Heights, Shelltown, Southcrest, and Stockton.

The SESD CPG provides a public space for community members to discuss and monitor land use and development issues. The SESD CPG is not a decision-making body, but plays a key role in elevating community concerns and making recommendations to local elected officials.

Join Us!

The SESD CPG meets the second Monday each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Mountain View Community Center at 641 South Boundary Street, and virtually on Zoom. Meetings include community announcements and resources, public comment period for resident concerns, reports from elected officials, and Informational presentations.
